Finding a meeting time across time zones

Give each team its time zone and working hours (for example 09:00-17:00), and this tool shows every team's window converted into a single reference zone, side by side, plus the exact overlap across all of them, if one exists. It is built for scheduling meetings and handovers between offices in different time zones.

Overnight and non-overlapping shifts

An end time earlier than the start time (such as 22:00 to 06:00) is treated as an overnight shift ending the next day. When the working hours genuinely do not overlap at all, the tool says so plainly instead of showing a confusing or empty result.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the teams' hours never overlap?
The tool tells you plainly that there is no overlap on the date you chose, rather than showing an empty or misleading time range.
Can I compare more than two time zones?
Yes, add as many time zone rows as you need; the overlap is calculated across all of them at once.
What happens in the weeks around a daylight saving change?
Each zone's offset is calculated for the specific date you choose, so if two zones change on different dates, the tool correctly shows a different overlap during the weeks between those changes.
Can I compare an overnight shift, like 22:00 to 06:00?
Yes. If the end time is earlier than the start time, it is treated as ending the following day.
